Niamh O'Sullivan has over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry. She is both a Chartered Structural Engineer (MIEI) and a professionally qualified Interior Designer. Niamh has designed and overseen the construction of a diverse range of new build and refurbishment projects, from small cafes to large scale residential and commercial developments. Previous commercial clients include University College Cork, Cork Institute of Technology, Sheen Falls Hotel/McCarthy Developments, Treasury Holdings, the Blackrock Clinic, the Office of Public Works and Vodafone. Several of the projects she was involved in have won awards, including the refurbishment of Cobh Customs House.

Some of Niamh's recently completed commercial projects include: The Rubicon Centre - Cork, The Mona Lisa Restaurant - Galway, Ballinora Primary School, Blarney Nursing Home, Fox Rock Montessori School & a Cafe/Gelatoria in Cork (opening soon!) as well as a number of Hotel projects. She has also re-designed several buildings for conversion into flats, holiday lets, bed and breakfasts, etc.
