This  project involved the demolition of an outdated sunroom. A bright & spacious open-plan extension included the new kitchen, dining, and living area. My favourite part is a stunning full-height rear window and skylight that brings in abundant natural light, while framing the wonderful views. I added a  master bedroom balcony and designed the  interiors  to elevate the entire space. The result is perfect blend of style and functionality!

This renovation project changed a dark and dated 1980's kitchen/dining space into a bright open plan room with lots of space and light. A small glazed extension, and a new kitchen layout completely changed the feeling of the space.

Large patio doors allow seamless access to the garden.

A new  banquette with velvet upholstery and feature panelling is paired with a stylish waterfall island. Warm tones and varied textures create a cosy yet contemporary feel.

This renovation project included the remodel of several areas of the house to improve light and layout and to add some much needed storage.

In addition, a  dark garage was transformed from storage into a bright habitable space suitable for use as separate living quarters for adult children. An alternative design for use as a gym and home office was also explored.

A new porch and vehicular access for car charging were included in the brief.

An overall update of the interiors complimented my architectural design changes.

This project included a two storey side extension, a large single storey back extension and a complete remodel of the interior layout of a run down 4 bed semi detached house.  The renovated house has 5 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, 2 walk in wardrobes, an open plan kitchen dining living room and two further reception rooms. My design features included a secret pantry, a hidden walk through wardrobe, a feature new front landing window with vaulted ceiling and drop down chandelier.

This remodel was all about making the most of the sea views and improving the layout, flow and functionality of the space. 

The space was transformed by changing the flat ceiling to a newly vaulted one with skylights to brighten the kitchen area.

A glass balustrade to replace the bulky wall between the split level and a new position for the dining table meant everyone gets to enjoy the view.

An awkward master ensuite with no storage was transformed with a double sink unit and walk in shower. The master bedroom was given a luxurious facelift.

Front and back patio spaces were added for seamless outdoor entertainment.

This project transformed an old 2 bedroom cottage into a fabulous family home. The cottage was restored to its former glory with exposed stonework and heritage windows, remodeled to include 4 bedrooms. A new single storey extension was added to include an open plan family space, ideal for living and entertaining.  A connecting block between the existing cottage and new extension included new entrance hallway with a feature stairwell, a  generous bathroom and a practical utility room.

This project included the renovation of a 1970's coastal bungalow. The garage and existing kitchen were combined to create a stunning open plan kitchen/dining area with a vaulted ceiling and a corner window.

Two bedrooms were combined and remodeled to create a luxurious master suite with relaxing area, walk through dressing room and en suite shower room. 

A new stone faced porch and new hallway created an inviting entrance.

This project included relocating the existing utility room and using that additional space to completely alter the open plan kitchen dining and living room to optimise the overall space.

Existing unused space was repurposed to create new living areas, a home office and lots of much needed storage. Bedroom and bathroom layouts were also optimised and given a facelift.

The relationship between the house and external areas was completely revitalised by adding outdoor entertaining spaces and optimising the access to these.

Less is definitely more here in this beautiful period cottage in Blackrock, Cork. This project was all about making the best use of space and getting lots of natural light into this home. 

A dilapidated lean-to at the back of the house was replaced with a two storey extension. Clever light wells over the new kitchen and upstairs bathrooms bring abundant light. 

Innovative partitioning gives privacy while still allowing light to filter through.

The charm of the cottage is retained, with great new functionality.

The addition of striking long windows, skylights and a newly vaulted ceiling completely transformed this dark and underused part of a family home in Ballincollig Cork.

The leafy garden tones were invited in from outside to create a calm and cosy space.

A window seat, practical storage and a new fuel efficient fire make the room functional and inviting.

This house was transformed by removing walls and making the most of the stunning views. The kitchen was transformed from a dark narrow room to a bright open plan space for all the family.

New picture windows were added to frame the views and capture sunlight. 

A new utility room with lots of practical storage and a snug for quiet relaxation were created. 

The front enhanced was for an inviting welcome.

This house was a period workers cottage entering into private ownership for it's new family.

Demolishing old structures at the rear allowed for the creation of a beautiful and bright extension with an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area. The unique roof structure allowed some much needed southern light into the back of the property.

The first floor was reconfigured to include an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

A new spiral stairs was added to access the attic which was converted into a useful multi purpose space.

This two storey extension transformed a tight kitchen dining room into a bright open plan kitchen living dining space.  

A feature lightwell at ground level maximised light into this area, which would otherwise have been overshadowed by the first floor extension.

The attic was converted to useful home office/ storage space.

Upstairs, bedroom were enlarged to futurproof space for growing children.

Two chimney breasts were widened to provide storage and better positioning for beds.
